10. lunar eclipse when the earth's shadow falls on the moon
11. solar eclipse the moon's shadow falls on Earth
12. star a hot ball of glowing gases
13. constellation a group of stars that forms a pattern
14.telescope a tool that is used to make things that are far away look closer
15. crescent a phase of the moon when less than 1/2 half is visible in the sky
16. gibbeous a phase of the moon when over 1/2 of the moon is visible in the sky
17. full moon a phase of the moon when the entire surface of the moon is visible in the sky.
18. new moon A phase of the moon when no moon is visible in the sky
19. waxing growing larger
20. waning growing smaller
