Women’s Weights Syllabus

Expectations:

1.  Do your best in all that we do.
2.  Follow all class rules.
3.  Consequences for not following rules:  loss of points, parental contact, and/or office referral.

Classroom Rules:

1.  Follow ALL teacher directions.
2.  Maintain a good attitude and good behavior.
3.  Be in assigned areas at ALL times
4.  NO food, drinks, or gum is allowed in the gym or weight room.

Grade:

In Women’s Weights, students earn 20 points a day:  

Participation = 10 points.
Dressing Out = 5 points.
Attendance/Behavior = 5 points.

Each day girls can earn 20 points, which means they can earn 100 points a week.

VALUABLES:
Valuables should be locked up in the locker room with a personal lock brought with you each day.  After class is over each day the lock must be removed.  
The teacher is not responsible for any missing items!

Materials Needed:

Tennis, Running, or Basketball Shoes, Gym Shorts (dress code length), and T-shirt with sleeves, not tank tops.  Be sure to bring warm clothes for the cold weather!
