1.02 My Food Record

FIRST: Start to record 3 days' worth of everything you eat (update daily).  The worksheet is HERE Links to an external site..   This is a Google Docs document and will force you to make a copy to your Google Drive before you can edit it.

NEXT:  Go to MyPlate Plan Links to an external site. to find out how many calories and how many servings of each food group you should eat each day.  (Enter your gender, height, weight, etc.   Click the Get My Plan button.  Then click the button that lists how many calories you need per day to see how many servings of each food group you need per day.)  Write down your MyPlate Plan calories and food group daily requirements on your worksheet. 

LAST: After you're done completing your Food Record (in 3 days), answer the questions that compares your food record to your daily requirements.
