This assignment was locked Mar 31, 2020 at 11:59pm.

For our purposes, text structure is the way in which an author chooses to order their writing in order to better prove their point or share their message. So we are not talking about font size, or how many pages the piece is, or what type of sentences the author uses. We are concerned with the order in which an author disseminates their information.

For this exercise, you are going to be reading an argumentative essay, plotting out the argument that the author makes, and then providing some rationale as to why they made the argument in that particular way.
